Chutima Incharoen or Pui graduated with Mass Communications Degree from Chiangmai University and later on persued her passion career in food by enrolling into Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School in Professional Thai Cuisine. With dreams to share her love of cooking Thai food she opened Brasswok Thai Cooking Studio in Phuket in 2017. Brasswok offers small, educational, fun, intimate and hands on cookery classes for visitors and it received Tripadvisors Certificate of Excellence in 2018 and 2019. Brasswok also collaborates with hotels, event organisers and tour operators to craft culinary experience for team building and event partakes.
